Between us, we’ve spent over 20 years in learning design. Alix has built more than 200 online courses, and Emily blends her background in classroom teaching with deep experience supporting coaches behind the scenes.

After spending over a decade at a learning design agency and designing over 200 programs for nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and entrepreneurs, I learned this: transformation doesn’t depend on more content. It depends on the right content in the right order.
When my husband and I bought a small-town bakery, I saw the same principle at play. People didn’t keep coming back because we had the biggest menu. They came back because they could count on consistent, simple, and satisfying wins—every visit.
