Coaching Shouldn’t Feel This Heavy

You’ve built something amazing. Clients buy, they love you, and they do get results, but it feels like you’re stuck on repeat. You’re re-explaining the same things on every call. You’re stretched thin trying to keep clients at different stages moving forward. And scaling? It feels impossible without burning out.

That’s why we’re here. We help coaches (like you) turn their brilliance into structured programs that clients can actually complete — faster, easier, and with less hand-holding from you. That’s the power of intentional learning design.

The Secret to Programs Clients Rave About

At The Intentional Impact Studio, we bring proven instructional design techniques to the coaching world—so your brilliance becomes a program that’s both effective and sustainable.

We believe in:

→ Transformation-first: success is measured by your clients’ results, not your content library.

→ Clarity: every step feels simple and purposeful.

→ Ease: less effort for you, faster breakthroughs for them.

→ Sustainability: your program grows with you, instead of draining you.

Why We Obsess Over Structure (and You Should Too)

Between us, we’ve spent over 20 years in learning design. Alix has built more than 200 online courses, and Emily blends her background in classroom teaching with deep experience supporting coaches behind the scenes.

Again and again, we saw the same problem: amazing coaches with incredible expertise were getting stuck. Their programs sold — but clients weren’t completing, the same questions kept resurfacing, and scaling felt impossible without burning out.

So we built The Intentional Impact Studio: a place where coaches like you can turn expertise into transformation — and finally have a program that delivers what your sales page promises.

The Brains (and Hearts) Behind the Expertise

Alix Ambriz - Content Specialist

Content Specialist

After spending over a decade at a learning design agency and designing over 200 programs for nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and entrepreneurs, I learned this: transformation doesn’t depend on more content. It depends on the right content in the right order.

When my husband and I bought a small-town bakery, I saw the same principle at play. People didn’t keep coming back because we had the biggest menu. They came back because they could count on consistent, simple, and satisfying wins—every visit.

Coaching is no different. You already know how to get your clients results. But when your program is structured with intention, those results come faster, easier, and with far less strain on you as the coach.

That’s why I started Intentional Impact Studio—to help coaches deliver programs that feel lighter to run, while multiplying the results and reviews that grow their business.

At home, you'll find me wrangling our three boys, deciding if the next cup of coffee should be hot or iced, or stepping outside to enjoy my latest non-fiction read with a highlighter in hand! The same intentionality I bring to my faith and family life is what guides my work — creating lasting impact for the people we serve.

Learner Experience Specialist

I didn’t start in the coaching world — I started in a middle school math classroom. Teaching showed me how much structure matters: a clear path, milestones, and lessons that build on each other are what help students actually get it and keep going.

When I transitioned into the online business world, I saw brilliant coaches with powerful methods facing the same challenges I’d seen in the classroom—clients stalling, questions on repeat, and coaches carrying all the weight. The problem wasn’t their expertise; it was that the program wasn’t built to do the heavy lifting.

I’ve learned that coaches don’t need more content — they need the right structure so clients finish strong. When Alix and I connected, we realized we shared the same belief: clarity fuels transformation. Now at The Intentional Impact Studio, I get to do my favorite work—turning a coach’s brilliance into a framework that helps clients succeed faster and businesses grow with less stress.

At home you’ll find me sipping on coffee (always hot, never iced), playing fetch with my two pups, or watching an exciting Clemson or Kansas City football game. My faith shapes how I see my work: helping people build with intention, integrity, and impact.

Connection Starts with the Small Things

We’re fueled by strong coffee, color-coded sticky notes, and the belief that the right paper planner can solve any of life’s problems. When we’re not mapping client programs, you’ll find us swapping pre-biotic soda recommendations, laughing at the latest kid & canine stories, and trying to use Taylor Swift in any analogy we can!

What Our Clients Are Saying

“A Huge Relief and a Weight Off My Shoulders”

"It is so helpful. It is such a huge relief. A weight off my shoulders to have an expert's eyes on this. It has given me real confidence in the actual educational material. It's a really great benefit that also helps to eliminate many coaching questions!"
